In 2019 MasTec Canada took an internal look across our organization to better understand how we stand as a corporate citizen. The first order of business was to address our company’s Core Values. We engaged several hundred of our people through face to face conversations and facilitated an organization-wide survey to come up with our Core Values in the most accurate way possible.
We are committed to a culture of continuous improvement and will make every effort to integrate your values with ours. The philosophy of MasTec Canada is based on long-term sustainable partnerships and our actions reflect the best interest of the customer, any impacted communities and our people.
